i heard Peote (however you spell it) is way stronger than acid... and as for flashbacks with shrooms..i get em from time to time, but I can agree with the stress theory, cuz i had a very very very bad trip one time, freaked out for 8 hours after eatin a lil more than a 1/4 of bloomers

yeah, i guess i'll give shrooms a shut... anyone know where i could get some in seattle area? what do they look like? because sometime ago i was walking around my friend's house and saw some small brown mushrooms growing there... is that it? and i would have find a good day to do it so my wife wouldn't be around and all, since i am a "drug free" person, i wouldn't want her to start thinking otherwise.

I stopped at weed, not shitty swag but nugglets, I was going to try this stuff called salvia but it smelled like ---- and my buddy said it took alot to do anything. (its legal, called ecstsay cigarettes at some places) But my old boss had a flashback while welding once, thats what one of my former coworkers told me. I don't think I would try shrooms or acid, that ---- cost money and I want the rice accord to be turbo'd.

For any drug questions I would check out erowid.com . 50% of people who have used LSD experience a 'flashback' at least once in their life (ha I got credits for taking a class on drugs, the book was pretty honest with everything). I personally know some people who have done ALOT of LSD and... wel....l there out there. One sees 'soap bubbles and gears / cogs' in his vision ALL the time.... but he has also eaten extraordinary amounts. LSD IS NOT ALL CHEMICALS, IT IS DERIVED FROM THE ERGOT FUNGUS and in its pure form it is one compound... it is thought it is chemically comprised as it requires quite a robust laboratory to extract it. LSD and mushies are both seratonin psychadelics so they do have simiilar effects but the experience themselves are quite different. Definetly try the mushies first, then LSD.... and no it can't be any old mushroom growin on the ground it must be from the P. cubensis or a few other closely related species. Check out shroomery.org for more info on that, there pretty easy to grow . (ps im h4mm3r3d so sorry for any typos). Oh and neither mushies nor LSD are addicting.

I think flashbacks are highly subjective. I've never had any, and the last time I did acid was 8-10 years ago. As for "expanding your mind"... never had that happen :-P but I can't remember having a bad experience. I think my favorite (out of probably 3 trips) was on a beach at midnight in Carlsbad CA, the ocean looked like it was standing still and the condos on the beach turned into dinosaurs. It was interesting.

The worst trip I have ever seen was with this guy Nathan that I knew in high school... everybody had somebody like him in your graduating class, he was a great guy but took waaaaay too many drugs and knew, uh, the wrong kind of people... had a band, etc. Anyway, he overdosed on some microdot and couldn't sleep for a week. His family took him to the hospital (because he thought he was Jesus) and had to restrain him. When a nurse came in to check on him, he asked her if she wanted to suck his dick. His dad says... I ---- you not... "she probably does son, just not right now."
