A NO BID contract. which means it could be done cheaper, or by someone else. but the US is paying them to do it for the next 5 years with uncontested rates. fair?

thats a whole different ball game junior, we're talking about war not ethics, there isnt an ethical politician out there and we all know it, but oil is not the reason we';re in iraq, maybe we shouldve let iraq bomb the ---- out of us first would that have made you happier?
