yeah, its going to cost extra to ship internationally unless he has a FPO or APO addy...if he doesnt, just make him pay the fees.

I've shipped quite a few things, mostly manifolds. And using USPS it has normally been around $50. They have a cost calculator on there site though.

I shipped a Y8 head that was complete, with intake mani, throttle body, and some gaskets to Germany. ---- was just over $200 via usps. He paid for it, so I didnt care.

The head was in its own box, that box itself was $140, the intake mani, tb, and gaskets was under $80.

PR is all gravy because they are pretty much the same rates as FL. All the domestic Flate-Rate stuff applies to them.

For international I like to use USPS Flate-Rate envelopes though. $9.50 I think it is, something under $10 though. Little small, but they fit Honda ECUs perfectly. This also includes free shipping materials obviously. just another nice thing.

Use Global Priority if the package is under 4lbs and you dont need insurance

Use Global Express Mail if the package is over 4lbs or you need better tracking and insurance
