my 2cents, if your girl is NOT receiving mail at your add. she does not live there,
if ur behind 2-3 months in rent he can give u a notice to payup or he can take legal action, but only through the sheriff, which can take 2-4 weeks to litigate the proper paper work if he wants more money for the apt. he does have to give u at least a 30 day notice to comply or make other arrangements
