i backed into an acura tl in a parking lot with my girls truck....
nearly took the ------- door off, yet there wasn't even a scratch on the range....this little polish man comes up to me and tells me i'm screwed...i'm sitting there wondering and then i see a little polish lady come out screaming...
i tried to pay them right there but the bitch still called the cops...there went 1800....bastards

Even if the old guy wanted to admit it, his insurance company probably told him not to (because they didn't want to pay for 100% of the damage) and that's why he made a claim against you. sux man, sorry to hear.

Yeah, my insurance company told me that they were going to offer him 50% and that's it, but she also said that it won't affect my rates or be on my record. I'll be happy if I get my 50% because that's about $750 which would buy me a nice T3/T4, oil lines, and injectors.
I just checked my mail and I got another letter. The old guys version of the story was that my son(yeah, I didn't know I had a son either) backed into him. That guy is 79 years old and should not be driving a motor vehicle. He didn't even know what I was driving when I walked up to him in the parking lot.
