nearly took the ------- door off, yet there wasn't even a scratch on the range....this little polish man comes up to me and tells me i'm screwed...i'm sitting there wondering and then i see a little polish lady come out screaming... i tried to pay them right there but the bitch still called the cops...there went 1800....bastards |

Even if the old guy wanted to admit it, his insurance company probably told him not to (because they didn't want to pay for 100% of the damage) and that's why he made a claim against you. :-\ sux man, sorry to hear.

Yeah, my insurance company told me that they were going to offer him 50% and that's it, but she also said that it won't affect my rates or be on my record. ??? I'll be happy if I get my 50% because that's about $750 which would buy me a nice T3/T4, oil lines, and injectors. ;D
I just checked my mail and I got another letter. The old guys version of the story was that my son(yeah, I didn't know I had a son either) ::) backed into him. That guy is 79 years old and should not be driving a motor vehicle.
