you haven't tasted pig skin til you eat it off a pig that was roasted on a bbq. the whole pig get's put on a grill, a 50-70pd pig. the skin comes out crispy brown and moist.

well I have eaten real pig skin from a spit roasted pig. It isn't the same thing is it?

pork skins are fried. but i think a roasted pig on a spit skinz taste way better.
