I have no house plans, not for the house or the addition, I can measure what ever you need though :)

That's cause you're not using the good ---- nig ;) Anyone who knows hvac pretty well knows that the all-fiberglass or fiberglass-lined duct work without a vapor barrier will start to break down over time and blow glass particles through the house. I've seen it many times over, especially when systems get past the 5-8 year mark and there's alot of humidity. I know it's quite a bit more price-wise, but the best ducting you can get is made from galvanized steel into the shape you need, then a fiberglass lining on the inside that has a vapor barrier covering over the glass.

I'll measure up all the ducting, it has one main run down the center of my house were all the registers branch off of, all the registers are the same distance from the run but I need 4 more registers that would be twice as far away as the others. I need some numbers run for flow and to see how much too small my furnece and a/c are.

what size air handler do you have?...if your trying to add 4 more supply vents you might need a bigger unit(ex if your is a 3 ton you would go with a 3.5 or 4 ton unit....

Try installing insulation for a living ;)

I dont know how to tell the size but I'm sure it will be too small, If it is I will put a heat pump in before I upgrade my furnece.

You get used to it after a week or so. The worst kind is the thick, yellow kind. It might as well be granulated glass.

I quit cus I couldn't stand the heat anymore.

It would be 100* outside, 105 inside. It sucked even more when we would do attics. :3
