k then guys, heres the "BIG!!!!!!!" question.... should i use turboedit or chromepro? i would like to stay obd0 so i dont have to do any wire conversions again, but if chromepro is much easier then i might as well "convert(knocking pitch black)"....lmk your opinions on this one.

I have a hard time believing this, Not saying it didnt hapen But I would like to see a video of 8 psi on a stock z6 and big 16g run 13.00 @104, trap speed seems a little low for 13 flat......

Almost in the 12's. Got a SOHC 2.2 f22a1/td04 @ 8psi tuned on emanage (tuned by a genius that knows everything about it)

as 99si said, it was done, there is the video proof. if i need to i can post up datalogs as well showing its a solid 8psi too. i got no reason to lie about it, its not even my car lol.

i have also ran many, many 12.9-13.0 @ 103-104mph in my own cars, that trap and mph go hand in hand.

The last time I ran at the track (PIR) I made 3 runs, every run was 13.2 @ 101mph, and that was at 9psi which is a little over 200whp in my car (full interior 95 ex coupe). Had this been at a better track I could have easily ran a 12.9's at that boost since I was pulling shitty 60ft times for slicks on my car (high 1.8/low 1.9).

Most impressed, the best time ive run was a 14.1 @ 105 cutting 2.5 60fts in my crx..... Im spinnig my 195/60/14 drag radials all the way throuh top of 2nd in my crx. ------- GAY!!!!!

Try 15psi in your drag radials (no lower than 12psi) and do a 2nd gear burnout, get those things as HOT as you can. Play around with launch rpms, on the street 4,000rpms seems to work well for me, and the one time I was at the track on drag radials 5,500rpms was the sweet spot. Pre-load load the clutch and feather the gas in 1st gear until you hook and if it spins don't worry about banging off the rev limiter a little bit, just get going fast enough so you don't spin through second gear. You should be able to at least pull a 2.0 60ft with your drag radials.

there is no replacement for a good set of slicks. i will never race on DR's or street tires ever again. its just disapointing to run your car and not come up with the et's you expect...with slicks its easier to drive, more consistant, easier on drivetrain, and faster et's why mess with anything else?!!

with a 1.8 60' you probably would have been in the high 12's...slicks FTMFW!
