I feel great too, I am not sore and I asked my doctor as well about working muscles and how often is too often and he agrees for partial recovery to keep the muscles in good health that 48 hours is sufficient.
when i first started at the gym, i would max out on the bench with plates, i was 5'8 160 lbs. I used the workout i had previously mentioned, and after about 6 months i was up to 182. im not big at all, and you probably wouldnt believe i even weigh 165 lbs. I could max out at 245, and curl 80-90. For your size, you should be alot bigger than that. your arms must be big but your chest must be tiny. theres a kid at my gym who looks funny because he works his arms everytime i see him there, and thats about the only big thing on him. try doing each muscle ones a week, i bet your more pleased with the results. 6'2 175 is skinny. my friend is 6'2 235, and hes not even THAT big. ive got 10 lbs on u and u got 6 inches on me. Dont take offense to constructive critisizm

Can you do 3 sets of 10 doing 245lbs? I am not talking about my max I do 3 sets of 10 using 205lbs I do 3 sets of 8 curling 120lbs.
And my chest is actually quite large for my size. My arms are pretty decent I have large triceps in comparison to other guys my size and my biceps are fairly decent as well.
And I dont take offence to that at all, thank you for your constructive criticism.

bodybuilding is hard. Its probably one of the hardest thing for me to do at this time. You have to be disipline and determine to get to the size or shape you want. I've been lifting for 2 and a half years trying to reach my goal. Im only 15-20 pounds from it but its hard. I work out 3 times a week and I try to eat at least 5-6 times a day (thats the hardest part)Getting lots of sleep is actually easy when your not stressed out. I'm 5'9 and weight 200 pounds. All throughout highschool I've been only 130 pounds and after I left I just worked my *** off and get huge. I've never took anything I'm just one of the lucky ones who has the "Genetics" or whatever you want to call it. But its really hard work man but like anything if your determine you'll get to the size you want.

i was confused on what ya meant, im good now. its better to lift it right then to lift alot. a friend of mine will do tons of weight, but throw his body into it.
i agree, its very hard to do, especially eating. 130 to 200 is a huge improvement.
lifting is one of those things that u gotta do, u cant let yourself become a fat lazy idiot... well...i couldnt anyway.
