well, not quite 'scrawny' but not very 'solid' if you know what i mean. lol, i barely have time to wipe my *** these days, let along get to the gym, it would be nice though. and there's a difference between 'little' girls and 'young' girls, i like to look at 'young' girls, big or little

teg, im with u. i did the same thing with the lifting 5 days a week, mwf ----. i take wednesay and the wekends off, and i only do each muscle once a week. I got about 20 lbs bigger last spring-summer-fall. i got lazy, but im back to my routine. im picking up this thing 2morrow.

along with a punching bag, and the treadmill, curl bar and some weights i already have. its all freeweights and ive done a workout on it. i love it

you are working out your arms way to much chest 3 times a week that way too much. you need to fing a new plan. im taking creatine and drinking beer is a no for me. im 6'2 205 but i got some body fat

yeah i think im going to work the mwf routine... i guess i lift when im stressed which is actually... all the time

you ever notice when you max out benching, you feel it in your tri's and delt's? b/c they're secondaries, you're routine is ----, bottom line, you can disagree all you want so you don't have to admit you're wrong, but even if you weren't working secondaries the next day, giving your muscles one day to rest still is no where near enough. do whatever you want, but really, that's garbage :P
