teg, im with u. i did the same thing with the lifting 5 days a week, mwf ----. i take wednesay and the wekends off, and i only do each muscle once a week. I got about 20 lbs bigger last spring-summer-fall. i got lazy, but im back to my routine. im picking up this thing 2morrow.

My muscle groups for workout are laid out perfectly if you think about it. Not hard at all gives ample time for "recovery" and with that and a meal plan you stay routine.

Wrong. Actually when you are working chest you are working your 'stabilizing' muscles in your arms not your actually full bicep or tricep these muscles do get ample rest between the days of the week. Your stabilizing muscles will help improve form as well as your strength throughout, and if you read my previous post about what my routine is you would see that it IS sensible. I am not a body builder I lift to stay in shape and feel good, and also I like to be confident enough that I can go to the beach and not wear a moo moo because I am a fat *****.
