Honestly, health care has advanced in such an exponential way that any issues that held true 200 years ago need to be scaled up like 2^10 times. Do we really want the same death rates among birthing mothers? Do we really want 1/3 of our population with TB? A hundred years ago 1/2 of Boston had TB. We have huge concentrations of people now. I just think this is something that needs to be chewed on for a while.

I'm a sexist sack of ---- and I'm undecided on my vote. I was going to vote for Stephen Colbert but the SC democratic party doesn't view him as a viable candidate so he won't be on the ballat.

It's not like you walk into a village in Africa and you watch your television and see the latest news report on AIDS. For years they didn't even know they were sick.
