The name on his paypal account that I sent the money to is Shay Ryan. Not really sure what is going on, but I'll give it some more time to see if it plays out.

calm down noobie, tony's computer has a virus and cant get on the internet at all, if you pm your phone number i can have him call you, he probaly already sent the block out, i thought he came and picked it up from my garage last week maybe week and a half, i havent talked to him for like 3 days untill today and he was pissed about his computer
