na, i just need the little electrical motor, just like your typical little electrical motor that you would see in an rc car or something. it just spins the wire to push it out of the feeder. :-\

Try http://www.argomix.com/
This is the place I get all my welding stuff. They are great to deal with and will help you out if they can.
I have a bad fealing about that welder, It looks like a Harborfreight unit. That might make parts hard to find. I would try Harborfreight, but they are slow and not very helpful.

LOL I've done that with vacuums and other appliances in the past!

What kinda welder you got projecteg? If it's a rare one, I would think your best bet would be to goto a competent appliance (or electrical) repair shop, they would be able to match up the motor to something similar and order it for you, expect to pay about $50.

At least the a/c to d/c converter didn't blow out, then you'd have a harbor freight paper weight (did someone say you got it from them??)

That's the reason I went with a craftsman professional series 105 amp 110v unit, parts availability. Also cause I couldn't afford a damn Lincoln or Miller, my buddy went out and out did me and got a phat 110v Lincoln, but at least I got the pimp ass Hoodlum Mask (modded out with a jackson welding eqc auto-darkening lense) ;)
