Where to get Tamper Proof Bits
 

I am trying to pull out a deployed airbag, but its held in place with tamper proof bolts (star shape with a post in the middle), so i need a tamper proof bit (star shape with a hole in the middle). I see you can order them online, but does anyone know of a store that carries them, one where I could just walk in and get one. I'd like to do this project tomarrow, so I dont want to wait around for the item to get shipped.

I got mine from mac tools, they are just torx bits with a whole in the center

You can buy the bits at NAPA. Look in the balkamp tool section.They have a small 5 or 6 piece set (can't remember) in this tool line that is reasonably priced.

stick some bondo in the end and leave a bolt in it then turn the bolt when it hardens
