where to find workout diagrams?

Default where to find workout diagrams?

i searched google but i couldn't find any... basically it's so i can work my lats better, because i find latteral pulldowns down really work for me. maybe it's because im not doing them right? i've only really worked my tri's, bi's, and pecks... now i'd like to start on the back.. can you work them with freeweights?


i expect to hear from somebody i know there are a low of builders on this site.

You could also get a roman chair.

I got one for rehab, they work your back great.

its funny if you try to tell someone where to find something cheaper that BB sells the mods will take off the website you listed.

you can do freeweights to work out your back. you can do anything really if you want to increase the size of your lats. Looks to me you like working out your back just like me. Just do military press with a bar and put whatever desire weight you want on them thats what i do. I do pulldowns and I also do dips and pull ups to work out the muscles in that area. If you need anymore more advice i'll hook you up just let me know.

military press is a shoulder exercise wtf

heres a good back routine:
wide grip pullups, 1 set to failure
lat pulldowns 3 sets
t bar rows 3 sets
one arm DB rows 3 sets
go heavy.
