My old room-mate just bought this biggest pile of unsafe ---- house you can find and he pays $1600 a month for it. I wouldn't make myself live in this shithole of a house, yet it's the cheapest thing anybody can buy right now. __________________

My boss is doing well and has cash and nice ----, but is his life what I want my life/limit to be? Do I want to set his life as my goal? I just don't want to set my goals too low and be living in "poverty" my entire life. __________________

In three years when I turn 30 I'll be hope to be done with school for metal fabrication and be posting in the FS section with a manifold fabrication company. 
Then get banned and just sell them by PM's and covert FS post's about rate my welds.

Justin, the wealthiest guy that does the same job as you.....what's he doing? Even though people feel "secure" with a job they've had forever, if your talents can make you more somewhere else, than go there.

The house I was thinking about buying 6 years ago for $85k is now selling for $350k. 
I was too wrapped up in cars and turbo parts to be able to save money for ---- like that. I swear, if I could go back 10 years with the knowledge I have now, I'd be very well off. I just wish I had someone to tell me what to do and how to do it back then. __________________

I don't really think there was anybody to tell me what to do and what not to do back then when it mattered. I was pretty much on my own as far as financial gains were concerned. __________________
