Where can I host an audio file?

I want to host an audio file of my band, but I can't figure out how to get this from the cd to the internet, yo. Which file type is good too? Thaks.

cant think of any sites.

.WAV will give you perfect quality. but I recommend MP3. 256 Kbs quality.
