I need a new one but I cant afford to pay $150-$200, anybody know a company that makes cheap generic brands, as long as they last me a year I'll be happy.

Just head to the junkyards. Usually the mexicans ****** them off, but I found one for myself.

autozone/pepboys Universal sensors goes from 50 to 75 dollars, the only different between those and the OEM iis that you have to spice the wire into the original harness.

edit** oh wait your in Canada. nevermind :P

www.oxygensensors.com

This place has OEM style connectors and the right length for around $60. Some hondas will list for more, but just keep looking at other models and check for the right length for cheaper.
