The bungs I made being out of control?? Can't see how you can tell that from that picture; they are angled to point at the back of the valves and the spray pattern isn't hitting the bungs. Can't see what is wrong with them.

Yeps just used a normal drill and file the bung entry point of the injector out a bit to give a nice taper for easy fitting.
Here the completed manifold. As for the fuel rail, just take a square piece of tube (there is probably a better name for that but I don't know it), and weld the bungs to it. Make sure the id of the tube is big enough (take at least 0.75 inch, so the pulsating of the injectors will be no problem).
And yeps even though I made the manifold in a hurry with a stick welder, it shows no signs of leaking.
