make sure you prep, prep, prep. no moisture, dust grease ------- nothing, steam clean it.

then make sure you have a 2-part epoxy coating.

call this company, WIT floor coatings.
http://www.witcoating.com/

they do all our sub work on floors.

then pick up some black beauty grit and toss that around on it too.

With that said, My dad has had the u-coat-it in his garage for about 5 years and its held up great. I plan to get it, when I finally own a home. Like someone else said, you gotta clean the ever living piss out of the floor before using that ---- though.

What kind of business did you inherit?

Re: where to buy garage floor paint

ok so i went to lowes and all i can afford rite now is the water based stuff. blah. so wats so bad about it?
the reason i say this is because i can do hte 3 rooms for 120 waterbased and 600 for the other kind.

the water based is still going to have the clear coatover the top and im going grey now becuase it wont show all the dirt so bad.

some suggestions please
