whenever you race someone and you lose do you get mad or do you give that person props fer being faster than you....because here in san diego there are alot of dicks that get really pissed when you beat them and they go on road rage....some guy threw a thing of lotion at me when i beat him then another time this kid threw coins at me...cause i dont get mad im actually happy cause its funwin or loose

when I had to d15b2 I laughed when I lost because I expected to lose. with the b16a I've only lost once, to my friend in a h dub duce prelude, it was good to know he had a fast car.

With a stock single cam A6, you can't get too mad, cause you don't expect too much. I like to se how I hang with the big boys (some of them weren't too big, just big n slow). Only time I got pissed was when I raced a gsr and he claimed victory when he took off first from a stop. No one said go or anything, he just took off, and claims victory, still pisses me off now. Even his buddy knows what really went down, but whatever I guess, sold the car so I can't do anything about it anymore.

alot of people are just ------- haters, especially if you race for money. on a few occasions at illegals here, ive heard of little bitches shooting at the other person or their car cuz they lost. people dont know how to lose gracefully. they get this stupid ------- idea that their car is unbeatable and anybody who beats them MUST have cheated.

personally i dont give a ---- if i win or lose, i have fun either way. and i dont usually bet money unless its with close friends, and even then its never more than about $10.

some people just can't accept the fact that their car is slow, they say you got a headstart, you used nitrous, all kinds of bullshit just to make themselves feel better about losing.

I get upset, but I'm not an -------. I'll tell the other guy congrats and ---- and I'm not rude about it. I got smoked by a Ford Probe once and I was pretty embarassed because I thought for sure I was going to win and I didn't even have a doubt about it. That sucked, but in my defense I broke the rear tranny mount when I launched which created a large exhaust leak and that's why I lost. I also launched like a ricer to show off because I thought I was going to win no matter what. I did a 6500rpm drop. ::)<<<that was my excuse, but it really did happen. :P

I hate those fags that want to fight and ---- over losing. WTF is that all about? Poor sports. Don't ------- go to the races if that's the attitude your going to have. ------- homos.....

if i lose, i just pull up next to the person and get him/her to roll down there window (if it's not already), and act like i'm going to congradulate them, then i shoot them in the face because i'm a sore loser ;D













just joking, i usually congradulate them and then ask them the oh so cliche question "what ya got under the hood" :-*

I do it for fun, If I lose, oh well I lost, who cares, but there's a lot of people around here, central FL, that won't even race because they think they will lose, even some of my friends, I'm like ----, just do it for fun, as long as there's no money involved who cares. I've tried everything and congratulate the other guy if he wins.

The weakest one though was against a new Si hatch in my WRX, he won, I was expecting to win, but oh well it happened his car is faster. I had 4 guys in my car he was alone, I didn't launch right, but all of that means he was a better driver that time, I don't get mad.

i'm a good sport! to me its all for fun and i could care less if i lose unless its against a freaking geo or something :-X its all for fun!! i've never really had any haters on me but one ------- guy!! i told him lets race and he got all defensive and said "i'll beat you anyways!!" thats when i got kinda mad and wanted to race more to shut him up! he had a prelude vtec against my crx si. this was when i was stock. we race and he gets me once on top end. then we race twice off the line and i pull him!!! i told him dont get mad its just for fun! he said he wasnt mad but yeah ------- right, he was trying to be big bad ass and he got beat! poor sports! i would looove to catch that guy again with my new turbo crx ;D

I give the guy his props (never lost to a girl...yet ;D). The last guy I raced was this old coot with a Nissan 300ZX. Mind you, this was when I still had my Eagle Talon. I got a slight jump on him, but it was over by 2nd gear :-[ We pull over and talk a little. Apparently, he had the Jim Wolf 400hp upgrade (K&N, ECU, Borla exhaust). In his opinion, this is how the 300ZX should have come from the factory.

Most people just make excuses when I beat them, the best is when they make excuses for the other people I beat too, like "oh I remember that, his car was running like as when that happened" and ---- like that. People just don't want to admit that all their money was beat by a civic...

Loosing sucks but it usually gives you motivation to build a faster car. If you never lost
there wouldn’t be much point in making your car faster.

I think the more you know about cars, the least likely you are to get mad. It's usually just punk kids that get mad at me. I usually just luagh at them if they flip me off or something when I beat them. It makes them look even worse. The only time I really get bugged is when you get like a mustang driver or something that even before racing will say something like "cute car, my girlfriend has one just like it." Then I'm kinda pissed, and I just embarass them in front of their GF, by beating their ugly ass mustang and say "Jeez, if your gf has one of these, you should see if she'll let you borrow it."
