Dude, just download VLC media player. It's simple. It plays compressed RARs automatically, DIVX, all that ----. I watch tons of movies from torrents with it and it always works. Just open the first file, 001 or whatever, and it starts the movie.

download winrar (google it lazy arse), double click one of the .RAR or .R01 files. select all files once it opens, click extract, and find a location.

Here is another option for decompression. Zipgenius extracts every kind of archive I've ever thrown at it: zip, 7zip, rar, arj, ace, tar, gz, czip It's 100% freeware so no cracks necessary and uses shell extensions (which is the only way I use any archive program).
