As far as whiskey goes. I'm a fan of Maker's Mark. I don't venture out much, and I don't have much experience with whiskey beyond Crown Royal and the other popular stuff. I really like Maker's though, so I usually get that if I am going to be drinking straight whiskey.

a lil strong for me but hey what do i know i rather a good ale over whiskey anyday...nothing like a good octoberfest to calm ya down...

Swirl in the glass and it leaves thin legs. Not one for "TRAPPIST" ales but i like Chimay. TRAPPIST means it was brewed w/in the walls of a monastery by monks. Nice to see someone else knows bout it.Notice its corked, It has a vintage stamp on the side of the cork too!
