In the stores it is $160. car audio stuff is way cheaper too. but for some reason "real" car upgrades (turbo parts for example) are way over priced. no idea why. maybe it's the mentality that ebay is cheaper for everything.

I sold a RHB5 on ebay for like $215... I had bought it a year ago for like $75 It's all in the wording. Words like "rare" "JDM" and "Fast and Furious" instantly raise the value of any car part you're selling....

I sell a lot of "junk" on eBay. The junkier and more flea-market the better. New stuff, namely electronics, tends to sell for at or below wholesale. So it is a good place to buy electronics.
So really what you are paying for is the "instant gratification" of not having to go to the junk yard or swap meet every other day to find what you are looking for. Just type it into the search engine and voila. Saves lots of time, and time=money.
