definitely, the thing about a homemade turbo kit is that you can buy it piece by piece when ever you can afford it, so it may take a while to get it all together, but at least you didn't have to save 2000+ dollars in order to get it, some parts can be bought as cheap as 25-50 bucks, i suggest you start piecing a kit together, then maybe you can have it all by summer.
