im new to the game. please forgive the ignorance. I have a 1990 honda civic 4door with a d15 motor with dual point injection and i was wondering if an hf or what ever manifold would fit. I have a garret 44d with a T3 compressor

when people say HF manifold its just the style of manifold. its a short manifold, that had the cat hanging infront of the engine. people ditch the cat and bolt up a turbo in its place. other civic's had this style manifold as well.

The HF manifold will fit your car/engine, pretty much all d series engines have the same ports. As far as the turbo fitting, no it fill not fit directly you will need to use an adapter plate for any turbo you would end up using with that manifold.

gs = grand sport
rs = rally sport
gsr = grand sport racing
gts = grand touring special
ex = extended edition
lx = luxery edition
xe = im a nissan so i deserve no play :)

ls = luxery sport
si = sport injected (this is the correct meaning)

hahhaah i had a crx hf rev on me in my mazda b2300 truck, it was so sad i whipped his ass in a 4 cyl 2800lb truck with 100hp.

i think im gonna get a hf badge for my si.. that would be funny. except it has a sunroof/si rims, so that kinda gives it away.

I was just talking about the meaning of HF last night with some friends. Some cocksucker ricer came out to our meet and was selling a "High Flow" manifold. I was like WTF who makes it.

Eventually, he was like "Uhhh, hello? H-F....High...Flow Its OEM Honda man. I thought everybody knew that." Goddamn I wanted to punch him in his throat.

Oh Yeah because the CRX HF is the best High Flow CRX ever.......What a fucktard.....I would have laugh on his face, grabbed the manifold and thrown it on his windshield......Not really the throwing part, but it would have crossed my mind.

HF is a model of a car, this is to the other guy, like there where CRX Si there was a CRX HF, Like the civic HX, fuel economy models, well even more economic. The 4gen civic is an EF.
