For a turbo u need 4: FMU and 250cc injectors an 13:1 CR for power

On a truthful note since you are at least asking why it would be better. Basically higher compression makes the otto cycle more efficient. The engine in your car runs a thermodynamic cycle almost identical to the otto cycle. However with higher compression you have more heat energy and that can be harmful if it causes detonation or preignition or both. Basically with a turbo you are creating a more powerful combustion and if the temps get to hot, then your going to have a problem like i stated above. That is why it is very important to run the proper turbo charger and a good intercooler to further protect yourself from these events. Lower compression will be safer for a turbo kit !
