What's better B16 or B18C for LS vtec?

i'm thinking about going ls vtec and i want to know what engine head should i use

Wrong forum buddy, Get the b16 head, itll save u alot of $, headache and it flows better. B18c will give you a slightly higher compression.

yes and you will be stuck w/ using the more rare GSR intake manifold or the bling bling skunk2.

just get a camsless vtec head and fill it with the most agrresive turbo cam ur spings and retainers and ---- can take

this could be ur long term project

ITR/CTR have higher lift/duration = more air into the motor.
