my addictions include: alcohol, Racing/boost, -----. the only 2 that dont mix are alcohol and racing/boost, everything else is spot on

i acctually realized recently that i have an addiction to food that is very bad for me. i am 27, 6' and 200lbs. i went to the doctor recently and found out that i have high blood pressure. im 27!?!?!?!?!

so, she told me to come back and she would check it again. i did everything i could to eat right and try to get it down, but it was just as high. now i have a week and a half to get it down or they will put me on blood pressure medicine. i really dont want to be labeled with high blood pressure and i really dont want to take pills for it. the pills are almost as bad for you as the high blood pressure.


so, now after my long ass post i will get to the point. i cant make myself eat right to get my pressure down. i still eat fast food and stuff like that.
