Actually ------- happend, I'm ------- pissed as ---- and really on my last ------- nerve. I have been using every last bit of restrait I have not to load the 12ga and blow his face out. Presently packing our ---- and getting the ---- out, then a restraining order will be filed. If I was still 19, I most likely would have beat the ---- out of him to where his own mother wouldnt recognize him. But I have tamed my ass down, likely the only reason I'm not awaiting trial over this ----. Anyways, figured I'd see what you guys thought.

Well, the ---- pile is far deeper than that. Pretty much been letting little ---- slide, I could go on for days on the list of little ----. About made the wife loose her licence and get a fine, then lied about it when confronted with the evidence, trying to keep tabs on my wife like where she goes and what she does, I cant prove it, but I believe he tried to scare off a friend of my wife's over the net by telling them she was crazy and ----, etc.

And yes, it isnt very wise to kill someone, but there is only so much a man can take.

Wife's been friends with him for like 7 years. Nothing between them. He's been living in FL for the last 5 years. And decided to move back to GA. Offered for us to move in so my rent would be cheaper. Should have seen the ---- coming, but now, the situation is what it is, and #3 is the path I have chose to take. Since the whole pantie thing, he's been an ass, like trying to test me and and ------- with stupid ---- to try and piss us off.

i think you may be able to fine a restraining order but i doubt it will be granted, dont bog down the courts with your bullshit. just move out and tell him you never want to see him again, doing so while cleaning a shotgun always helps.

My last roommate was about as bad as they get(never caught him sniffing the gf's panties though), but the guy could rip a punching bag to pieces in a matter of minutes so kicking his ass wasn't an option(for me anyways). :l

Problem is I believe he's like obsessed with my wife and I don't want anything worse to happen, rape, etc. Were it not for that, I wouldnt bother the restraining order. and yes, the 12ga will be on hand. After we move, the wife's keepin the 12ga at the new house, it presently resides in the back window of my MR2. She carries pepper spray. Will soon be getting her a handgun though. Moving to Alabama, shits a little hairy over there, Last time I was living there 3 times, I had to run some fuckers off with the 12ga.

I'm moving this weekend, got next week off from work and she's been boxing all our stuff up.

Believe me it's still tempting. I try to look at how my decisions are going to affect me 6 months or so from now, and thats about the only thing that keeps holding me back. Fucker still owes me money too, dont really care if I get it after we move out, I just want to get out of the ---- so I'm not so on edge and about to snap. Got 4 more days, and we're out.
