what would you do?
 

Earlier today I checked my balance it was at $280, I went to the bank later on today and deposited another $100, I check my balance again at the atm and its at $829 :o I was just going to order charge piping and a fmic to replace my interheater but if thats really how much I have I'm going to go and get a 60 trim and new mani as well. But what I'm wondering is do you think I should spend it or go see whats up and the bank tomarrow.

I say wait a week or so and then spend it if the money is still in your account. I think they will catch it sooner or later though no matter what...

they will find and fix the error.

any money thats there that you know isnt yours...dont touch....cause one day it will disappear, and you'll leave yourself with overdraft fees.

When you checked it, do you mean in your checkbook or via ATM? If in your checkbook redo everything and look over everything.. maybe you deposited a couple checks and never wrote the amount down?

thats what I'm scared of so I'll probually go in tomarrow and straighten it out, and I checked at the atm, I don't keep track of what I spend in a checkbook although I probually should.

cant you look the ---- up online? maybe a 6 was pressed insted of a 1 or somthing on the 100 dollar deposit

that ---- happens to me all the dam time. one day i will go to the bank, it will say i have a ---- load of money, 5min later, it says what i should have.

haha, reminds me of the time I deposited my check at the drive up window (of the bank :P) and the girl handed me back an envelope with my deposit ticket and over $300 in cash. I didn't know I had cash in the envelope until I got home and the bank called wanting to know where I was because the girl accidentally gave me cash from somebody else's transaction. I think she got fired for that though ??? Havn't seen her there since. But yeah man, if it was a mistake they catch onto it real quick usually.

On the receit it says $100 I'm getting ready to go check it again and see whats up, I want to order my intercooler so I can get it here before the 17th to replace my interheater, but I dont' want to spend any money until its straightened out.

I opened a checking account with $100 bucks about six months ago and they deposited $1000 into my account, the lady doing it even printed out my receipt that said I deposited $1000 bucks; I didn't notice it until a few days later then I blew it all on tricks and crack. They still haven't said ---- to me about it ( not the tricks, the bank people).

yea if anything close the account, then they cant hit you with overdraft fees or take the money back in the future...am i right?
