Just got this on email from a local, Name: stop.jpg Views: 11 Size: 30.2 KB
its normally 0-100 in 3 seconds not the other way round.
In case you're wondering too, that's km not mph.

wow that's genius.

I woulda thought that the 100 signified that there was a stop sign 100 feet/yards/whatever away.
