What turbo ?
I have a 91 Civ and would like to turbo it up. but, i am not wanting to spend lots of coin for it. so thats why i join homemadturbo.com to find answers 
Now, for questions:
what kind of turbo's?
should i innercool it?
where can i get good turbo's that arnt ready to die ?(Ebay)
is it worth the time and efort to do this and run NOS ! instead ?

You gotta dig in deep to find what you really want. It all depends on you ,do you want top end , quick start off , major raceing or daily driver. I got a t3/t4 hybrid i got off ebay cheap and hardly any play ( a little is needed since it will fill with oil ). as far as with intercooling and NOS i hope your engine can handle the power if not you will be looking at dropping more then a few greenbacks. Just gotta do some homework on what you want and expect and like jeff said read
