what is the std manifold?

sorry im a newbie wanting to build a turbo for my single cam non vtec, and i see everyone is using the std manifolds rather then the hf manifolds. so my question is what does the STD manifold come off of stock? what is the STD manifold? is there a turbo that will bolt directly to the std manifold? who can i get ahold of to get a custom made spacer to bolt the turbo to the manifold? can some one call me that knows there ---- and explain some ---- to me? 208-447-6511 my name is nikon

Re: what is the std manifold?

it has a big 3 on one runner and the inside of the runners are a little bigger for more flow, but looks the same as a hf ;)
