Not sure what you mean by that....I'm talking about the quran and the bible, both books, and agreeing with you that because of old/dead languages, the pronunciation and meaning of some words are hard or have been hard to understand.

But in esence the message is the same as it has always been, the one in the bible, not the one some religions are trying to teach people.

We don't have to go back and learn the old languages, but it is possible and has been done by others before. We have reference books to look at and read and learn from.

But it is a question of faith, if you don't have it or simply don't believe that there's design behind everything in the world, the planet, yourself, animals, plants, even a little tiny bug, you will never agree or understand.

If you think everything in the universe that works perfect, there's natural laws that we can see and predict and learn from happend out of nowhere, then that's fine.

We are all diferent. I just can believe some dust collided by accident and that's why I'm here. Scientists have tried to prove this theories and still nothing. Will they ever do it, doubtful, but time will tell.

That is exactly what I believe. I look around me and see infinitely complex structures layered and interleaved in infinite complexity, everywhere I turn I see the imprint of a supremely ration mind.

I refuse to accept that a supremely rational mind would leave us the christian bible, or the holy ------- quran, or the North Carolina DMV Driver's Handbook as a guidebook to living. That's a load of horseshit.

People are going to be different and have different believes no matter what, it makes us human. If not we would all be animals living in a jungle somewhere.

I think this is the issue that we are having with the radical muslims. It is mature of you, in my democratized and westernized mode of view, to respect views other than your own, however much you may disagree. It is the position of these radicals in the muslim world that if you do not see things as they do, you are an infedel, and that if you do not live by muslim law, that you deserve to be punished or killed. They mean to treat all people by their rules.
