Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

Well I woke up this morning and what do you know after sellin parts online for over 4 years and hundreds of deals I finally got a fraud payment through paypal and it was an hmt member. Recipient of potentially unauthorized funds. It was only a 35.00 dollar deal but I really dont like people takin my money and Im sure Im not the only one. I already pm'ed him but I doubt I will get answers.

CivicRacerX7 was his username until like a week ago its now J-sin. The one who keeps goin about white power. Since I was a good hmt memeber and sent it 2 day mail with the post offiice and dont have a tracking # Im fucked even if I have a chance of getting the funds reversed back to me but the girl at paypal just lem me know Im pretty much in the ******* on this one.
