The Italian government is broke enough w/o rollin in 1/4 million dollar cars+ You'd think they'd be used exclusivly on the AutoStrata (Italian's version of the Autobahn, only a little more dangerous w/ Italian drivers)

man, I'm serious... we need to implement a thug exporting service. Like go down to compton, grab 50 of the most gang ridden homeboys you can find, give them so shot guns and send them to other countries to knock some sense into those bitches.

You'll never see a cop riding through the hood in something like that because they would litereally kill the cop and steal his ride just to get on the news in a high speed chase.
