I got this turbo from work. It needed/needs a new impeller. Obviously it's from a Volvo, and some, if not all of it is made by Mitsubishi. Is it a Volvo-made turbo or is it made FOR Volvo?

But that is an odd looking turbo. I think you might have better luck posting it on a Volvo forum and asking them what it came off of, seeing that it is a volvo and all.

I think maybe someone peiced it together?? humm? I dont know. the only "turbo junkyard" I go through is east coast imports, about 75% of there yard is all volvo,porshe, audi and I have never seen anything like it before.

im using that turbo in my integra... slightly pissed cuz i saw the weird flange but knew it would still bolt up to a T3 flange. but the odd circular area creates a slight exhaust leak thus causing boost lag... i'll fix it sooner or later but at the time its my only form of transportation... when it does spool it pulls okay i guess but the weird shape jus pisses me off :-x

Thanks for all the help guys! It wasn't pieced together.. The mechanic at my work replaced it because of the bad impeller fan. I think I'm going to see if I can get a new fan and put it on eBay or something.. Anyone know what it would be worth at that point?
