14's on an rsx, hell no. Way too small, I would not do anything smaller than 16".

But ebay has goos deals on 16 and 17 anywhere from $200+shipping for a set, adr's and no brand name wheels but decent looking, not lightweight, just decent some good looking rims.

no!! not 14's! not on an rsx! keep the stocks and slam your car...thats a nice look imo. powder coat the stocks white/gunmetal/bronze. that will be clean and not too expensive. thats what i would do if had an rsx...
