There's apparently iPod hacks for different non-iTunes setups, firmwares (none for 2G Nano, tho), etc if you look for them. Like, fifteen seconds worth of searching on Google.

Eh, looks like iPods are supported by Winamp 5.2+, and there are Winamp plugins for enhanced functionality.

Goforth says he likes his Zune lots, he load ups Aqua Teen episodes and watches one for every different machine he works out on.
