typical b16a lots of boost nothing special


Gotta install solid rear axle and get wheelie bars fabbed up

Just messing with you it looks good. How much does a fiberglass front piece go for these days?

600-800+ mounting brackets and good luck finding somone to make them



I took it last night and no I hate taking pics I do enough of it for work

looks good. i remeber about 4-5 yrs ago when you could get ef fiberglass front ends for 3-500 bux. whats the world coming too.

well the cheapest I ever saw was mb's stuff which was 450 or so+shipping+mounting equipment so it was never super cheap but since mb deosnt do it anymore I dont think anyone else does

i dont remember who was selling them but i used to see them on a site called MMRUSA.COM i think the site shutdown a while back and havent see fibeglass fronts since.. but since mb doesnt do them anymore that just mad you baller for getting probably on of the last few around..

Chris, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy a hotrod chassis? I mean, with everyone figuring out that hondas can't compete in hotrod there seems to be alot of shells for sale.

Im building the car for me and will never see a nhra event so Im not worried. Im a grassroots guy and plan on doing what I think is the right simple approach.

ive seen alot of HMT'ers come a long way! From HF manifolds and a volvo turbo to straight race chassis set-ups. looks good. fully gutted interior I suppose as well...full cage and such?

JK ran 10.7 in his race hatch (EG) last year sometime. Stock B17 GSR on 14psi. I'm not sure of your particulars, but that car ought to move really well.

Gotta street tune somehow+dyno's are expensive and after this car is done Im not sure Ill ahve enough money to eat

well, what can I say..... that car has been to hell and back. Total transformation from back in the day. Looks good though.

glad to see that bastard rex sitting in the background. lol. you should burn that thing!

I have a feeling my hatch will be transforming to the same thing oneday.

hope to see it at the track

Ya that crx has been nothing but the biggest headache in the world. I cant wait to sell the shell that thing is cursed

gangstur build. post more pics and info! and may I ask... why b16? Just curious really. When it was sleeved did you bump up the displacement?
