What the hell are these wheels? Come on old skool guys, help me out here.

Anyone know what these wheels are. I need to know because a buddy needs one.
On the rim it says some things:
SURF
2001
JU
YIA
6 1/2-15

The wheels are white (thumb, dirty in the pic).

They look a bit like Ronal, or Enkei (old skool Saleen style?)
