It really woudln't be a suprise for me to see a ton of people post in this thread. Seems like a lot of people on here were little ********* when they were younger or still are...yet they bitch when their car gets stolen.
That being said no I havent ever stolen anything. I still beleive in "cut the hand off that steals" and we woudln't have all these problems with theft. Start small when your little and work your way onto stealing the bigger stuff. If we fixed the problem young we woudln't have so many probs.
I realize that was not the point of this thread but oh well

99.9% of the population has stolen SOMETHING in their lifetime. I'm not going to lie and say I never stole anything. I'm not proud of any of that ----, but it's something I did when I was young and I'm an adult now so I know it was wrong. It's not like I went out just last night and stole a CD player out of my neighbors car. 
I didn't grow up like the Brady bunch so I got into trouble. :P

Its fine so long as you grow out of it, I've had many friends that were avid thieves when they were younger but turned out "okay" in the end.
Its just that not everyone grows out of it. Some see it as a rush and a risk, I was always outside doing something...tinkering as I do now. Never really had time for any of that crap.

yeah i grew up in a place were everyone stold ----. plus i never really had anymoney so i stold ----. i was pretty good at it so i just kept doing it. I dont care if people dont like it or hate people for it. I did what i did but im not doing it anymore

Yeah, I know. I have too much of a guilty conscience to steal anything nowadays. I'd feel bad afterwards. 
I like being honest anyways. I don't have to worry what I tell anybody or who I told what to. Plus I hate pathological liars.

Im sure ive stolen something in my lifetime but i just cant stand stuff like this, but then again in my family weve had 3 cars broken into in our own driveway at night, 2 had radios stolen out of them (locked... smashed windows) and one was broken into and then spray painted. Another time my mom left her 89 civic hatch parked in the city in broad daylight and they smashed the window and stole the cd player with no face on it... I just hate dishonest people and people who theive stuff
