What to get?
)Ok, here are the options. 88 crx si with 138xxx miles, rebuilt tranny, clutchmaster stage 3 clutch, lightweight flywheel, new axles. Needs new throttle and clutch cables, valve adjustment, alignment. Clean as ----, no rust. $2800 firm
Or, a 93 jeep cherokee 4.0 liter, custom system(that would be sold to put a better system in ;D) all options, has 200,000 on the odometer, suposedly cause previous owners towed it around behind their motorhome for 7 years(people really do ---- like that, I knew a guy with almost an identical jeep, that did the same thing) for $3000. A 93 in my area with normal miles would go for between $5000-$8000. Also, my boss needs money, and is thinking about selling me his 88 si shell, if he will sell, this is what I will get ;D Im leaning towards the jeep, because I only want to spend $1500 tops on my next honda , but the si is so stock and so clean, it gets me hard looking at it. All opinions welcome. And if you have a cheap honda running or not, send me an email |
Re:What to get?
don't ever pay 2800 dollars for a crx!!!!!
damn i saw a 90 turbo supra for 3000 dollars! i drove it and was dissapointed. i thought they would be faster. but it was a sharp looking car anyways. you could get one with a ZC or b series engine in it for 1000 dollars. all stock one should be like 500. |
Re:What to get?

Re:What to get?
Show me this crx with a b16 for 1000, and I will buy it right now. I don't know where you live, but like I said, where I live there is a stock 90dx for 4100, and the funnything is, someone will buy it. If money was no prob, then I would pay any amount under 5000 for a CLEAN Si. But, im not rich, so i have to search for a deal. I will find one eventually. Just a matter of time.
