$3200 for the mortgage. That includes property tax and everything else added in. Big lot, not to big of house. Just my brother and I live there so we split the costs.

Where I was born is like where CRXMATT is, cheap housing, small town...the way I like it. After living in a small townadn going to a city like Richmond, I am nowhere near happy. Small town life FTW for me.

southern california is out of control for pricing



east of sacramento in northern cali your looking at around 200-300k for a normal 3 bdrm family home



40-55 per sq ft for industrial space
