what do you guys think?
a friend of mine is set on buying a volkswagon jetta gls turbo... it is an 2003 with 101,000 miles on it... in great shape... only has a scratch on the door... his dads a mechanic and drove it and it runs good... but i just don't know if a volkswagon is worth it, i have heard they break alot and cost a ---- ton to repair... ------- germans! let me know what you bitches think!!!! j/k

A local guy has one of the gti hatches...it's a 25th anniversary edition or some ---- like that. Has the recaro seats and a really clean interior...He autox's the car alot and hasn't had too many problems that I know of. I'm not a big fan of vw's, but his is a nice car.

there not so bad
i have an 01 with a t3/t4 50 trim, water meth injection, 3" tb etc and 170k ok all hard miles.. no real problems and still perfect compression all across the board on it .. i work on it myself though so its not as expensive to fix things
