I also homebrew, and I got a friend who went crazy with it. Thanks to getting him hooked I now have a wiess, a trippel (trippel karmeliet clone) , a black lager, and abbey ale ready to drink, and soon a barley wine, a cider, and an IPA all homebrewed. Didn't you say you were going back to Indiana I'm not far and I'll be brewing a lot in the summer. I just started doing 10 gallon all grain batches.

I need more info on this stat. IE how to make a simple still and what tastes good to ferment, something with a little flavor other than just burning.

And what I drink, good beer mostly. I like tripple karmeliet, st bernardus ABT 12, Imperial IPAs, barley wines. I also Just started drinking a little scotch. I'm about to crack a stone brewery arrogant bastard.
