thats the problem once you start hitting times like that, all you want is a better slip, more power, higher traps, better launches...

Fast street car?
Well, that all depends. There are tons of Honda's around here making 400+hp, a handful at 500+hp and I can think of at least 6-7 making 600+hp and are daily driven at ~450hp on pump gas, but dot tires and fwd don't make for the fastest times
In a rwd or awd car on dot's I think anything 12.99 or better is fast. 13's are quick but honestly, they're getting to be dime a dozen these days.
For a fwd (read:Honda) I think anything capable of laying down 12.99 with slicks is pretty fast for a street car. Granted that's not full street trim, but these are the guys you don't want to run into on the freeway

by street car do you mean its registered and you drive it daily or just a registered driver to ---- with everyones cars on
if its a daily driver 13's is fast 14's is quik.
if its the other then your *** better be in the 12's if not 11's.
you must remember not everyone on the roads is a member of a message board tuning their cars every free moment. so we come here and see fast/quik cars and are like oh everyone is that fast. other then at the track i can't remember the last time i had a nice race with a guy. its either no race or deisel truck that is trying to smoke me out with his pitch black exhaust in my window cause he can push 40psi and i still pull on him.

---- dude around here theres all rich kids who's parents buy them whatever they want... you see a lot of young guys out here with ZO6's, supra's, 11 sec DSM's... but theres also the guys who have a stock civic and think its the fastest thing around...
i'm too sayin 13's is pretty quick, 12's is damn quick, and 11's is just not right.... street cars that is.

this debate's getting nowhere. street 'car' or street 'tires' is the real question. you can slap some slicks on a street 'car' and gain almost a full second with less than 5 minutes of labor. 11's on 'street' tires is pretty insane for a street car, 11's on slicks, is pretty fast for a street car, the end. btw, you guys should move if 13's is respectable where you live :P
