Well I went to the pestore today to buy overpriced mice to feed my snakes. On the account that I have no more frozen mice at my house, the place I get them is only a montly event, and the mice I can buy there are live. Anyway I ended up getting one too big for my larger snake and now I have no clue what to do. I'm probably just going to toss it in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer to save it for when my snake is big enough. I could release it but I don't want a mouse problem around here, plus given the cold weather it would be about 6 to 1/2 dozen to release it except that I wont get to use it later if I need food for my snake.

Nothing too cruel please. And no I'm not raising it.

I say get a pvc pipe and have them crawl into your *** and harvest them in your anus. Poor mice. ---- snakes! I'd love me a snake skin shift boot and matching seat covers.

 

Ok...? Enjoy them, the boots aren't my snakes they're being made from.

 

Screw it. I just threw it in a bag and put it in the freezer. It was so damned cute. Felt a shread of my humanity strip away and then saw it regrow with a more manly taint to it. :P Oh well there is only one way to freeze them... so sad, but ohwell.

 

Ok this could be stupid, but why not take it back and just say "its too big, i need a smaller mouse" Or was that part of the "monthly event" and its now over?

 

Well the place I bought it from is like 20 minutes with moderate traffic on the most busy highway around here. He didn't have the size I needed so I bought the other one thinking it wasn't much bigger. The monthly event comes around next Saturday, and I will be going and buying mice there. This was just a last resort. Anyway its freezing to death or suffocating now. Too late.

 

i wouldn't be surprised if it need to be in like 0* F in order to freeze.. would be a lot easier on it. you coulda gotten 1lb dry ice (like .99 a lb most places) and threw some chunks in the bag, and had the mouse in another bag to go inbetween the ice
